Being from the tri state area and a one time resident of NYC I will never forget that day. I was teaching Kindergarten when my superintendent came to tell me what happened. I tried to process while looking at these innocent little faces and being pregnant at the same time. It didn't sink in until lunch when I saw it for myself on TV. I will never forget that day. My heart is with everyone who lost someone on that day.
I worked in one of the closest hospitals to the Pentagon that day.
