Giveaway: 5 Lenny The Lion Plush & Pump Carrying Cases

Today's the first in a series of blog giveaways that I mentioned last week and I'm really excited!
I LOVE giving gifts because it makes me happy - And today's giveaway fits the happy bill for sure!

Lenny The Lion is Medtronic's official ambassador for children with diabetes and
he's awesome!

Why I love Lenny: Because he's super cute and functional and if I was little, I'd snuggle up to Lenny when it was time to take a nap or go to sleep.
I know he'd be a great friend and make me feel safe and there's a good chance that I'd tell him all my secrets and tuck my insulin pump and tubing, all snug as bug in his secret zippered pouch~
How to Enter: Super easy. You have from now until Friday December 12th to leave a comment saying why you'd like to win a Lenny The Lion pump carrying case.
I'll announce the 5 winners on Friday afternoon on the blog and the Diabetesaliciousness FaceBook Page
Who Can Enter: Anyone living with diabetes or who loves someone with diabetes.
Important Info: Make sure that you check back on Friday to see if you win, because if you are winner, I'm going to need you to email me your mailing address so we can get your Lenny out to you, ASAP.
PLEASE: If you leave a comment under "Anonymous," make sure you include your name & email address in the comment so if you do win, I can contact you.
If I don't hear back from you by Monday, December 15th, your prize will be forfeited to someone else - And don't want to do that.

All winners will be picked by Random.org

Hello. My daughter Mileny, was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at age 4. It's been hard on her, and as we're trying to keep her blood sugar under control, we're finally ready to switch her to a pump. Lenny the Lion plush and pump carrying case, sounds like the perfect gift to get her started on the idea of a pump. I'd like to win one for her! Thank you! :)

I would love to win a Lenny the lion for my six year old son, Robert. He is my hero. He has been DX with type 1 diabetes since 11/07/2012, and has never complained about his diabetes. He is very friendly and happy child. Thanks for giving me a chance to win lenny for him.

My daughter was diagnosed with T1@ 3 1/2. She is going on 6 now, and we have yet to meet any other T1s. I would like to win Lenny for her since we never got a "bag of hope" from our JDRF chapter (we were very out-of-the-loop and overwhelmed by my dad's passing also tthatyear). I know she would like someone cuddly that "gets it". :)

Brody would love to win Lenny! As a 9 year old who's too cool for most toys, as his mom I KNOW he'd love nothing more than to have a snuggle buddy protecting his pump at night.

I would love this for my 5 year old daughter who recently got her pump because i think it would help her since she is having a hard time adjusting to it !

I would love to see my DD receive Lenny. She was Dx'd in 2006 with T1, and shortly after, Dx'd with anxiety. A cute little buddy who understands would be an asset to her therapy.

My son is now 15 but is mentoring a newly dxd 5,yr old kindergartner. Last week he read his class a book. I would love to have Lenny to give the boy as a gift. It's so hard to adjust to T1. Sometimes small things make it easier.

This is so cute! My Claire would be head over heels for this. Dxd Easter 2012 furry friends have been her rock. She learned to give shots on her stuffed animals and one always joins us at doc visits and hospital trips!

My daughter Monique was diagnosed Oct 2011. She amazes me everyday on how she learned coping with Diabetes. I think we as parents struggle more coping with the fact, than the kids themselves She has been pumping since 2013 and I would love for her to receive a Lenny.

I wasn't going to enter this drawing because my girl will be 16 in Feb, and Lenny deserves to go to a sweet child. (Bahahaha!)
However, a local 5 year old was just diagnosed the day before yesterday and I sure would like to share Lenny with her and her parents. Thanks!
