And while I wish we would just keep the clocks set to where they are because I hate getting up in the morning when it's still dark out - It's not up to me.
With that being said, be sure to set the clocks back one hour on all your diabetes hardware including, but not limited to insulin pumps, CGMs and glucose meters - including your backup meters.
Smart phones, iPads and computers will change their own clocks.
And while you're changing all the clocks on your D hardware, don't forget about the clocks throughout your house, on your stove and in your car - And don't forget to change the batteries in your smoke alarms!
And change your lancets!! (Although I can't speak, I have done NONE of the above)
