#######

The folks over at Extend Nutrition reached out and were kind enough to extend (see what I just did there?) a giveaway to Diabetesalicious readers in the the form of a the "Stick It To Blood Sugar" Gift Package.

Extend Nutrition products are tasty (the Carmel and Chocolate Drizzles are down right addicting,) gluten free and easy on the blood sugars!

Which makes sense because they created by Dr. Francine Kaufman, a Peds Endo & Diabetes Advocate.
I first met Francine at the 2011 Diabetes Medtronic Advocate Forum and was blown away by her smarts and compassion!

How to enter: Leave a comment as to why you want to win the "Stick It To Blood Sugar" gift package - You have until midnight, tonight. And I'll announce the winner tomorrow on the Diabetesaliciousness Facebook Page!

I would love to win the "stick it to blood sugar" giveaway because I would love to offer that gift basket to a lucky family within my new T1D support group! Pass on the happiness :-) and make someone's day!

I would like to win this awesome gift for my teenage T1d daughter Emilee who plays soccer for her high school varsity soccer and softball teams. These snacks look like wonderful items to pack with us for games and practices. While her non-D teammates are loading up on high carb non-nutritious candy bars, etc., she can have some delicious caramel or chocolate or ranch treats and bars that are easy on the BGs, and that EXTEND her energy for game day (now that oughta give her an edge!), and are good tasting!

I would love to Stick it to blood sugar, with my daughter, even though I have been a caregiver for 14 yrs, I had know idea until my Dec 2012 dxd with type 1 also, how daunting actually being a diabetic was, what I had perceived wasn't even close... sorry Colleen, I know we can do this, we are in this together and thank you for ALL your support of me, as I get my own D life in order ♥

As someone who was recently diagnosed as T2D back in November, I've been slowly getting a grasp of just how important it is what goes inside my body.

My last lab results showed I was able to lower my A1C and I feel my biggest hurdle still remains. Eating properly throughout the day to maintain my blood Sugar.

I'd love to "Stick to to my blood sugar" by using Extend Nutrition products to do so. I've used their bars before, and would love to be able to use the rest of the products.

I would love to win Stick it to Blood Sugar because I just checked the website and their stuff is GLUTEN FREE! This is huge for our family as my T1 also has Celiac disease. It's so hard to find good gluten free snacks for him to have a school that don't spike him so I have to chase highs all day. This would be heaven on earth for my 8 year old, he loves finding new GF snacks :-)

I'd love to win it because I've been doing better recently with not eating snacks and meals chock full of carbs, but I need some variety, especially in the snack arena.

I would love to win this "stick it to blood sugar" giveaway for my newly diagnosed T1 son who is 5. He has been such a trooper in the last 2 months with the shots, frequent blood glucose checks and limited snacks. Beef sticks and string cheese is getting old so it would be great for him to try something new :)

I'd like to win so that I can give them to our two daughters, both with type 1 diabetes. Then, I would share their taste-test with the blogosphere on our website. Always looking for kid friendly and portable snacks for ballet, golf lessons, floor hockey, yoga and the list goes on!

I'd love to win this for my 2 diabetic kids, one of which also has celiac. It's so hard finding good gluten free options. This would be a great way for my GF son to try your products. Healthy snacks for a picky 15 yr old are hard to come by.
