Camille has generously offered a $25.00 gift certificate to her etsy boutique, D MamaOwl, where she creates diabetes inspired jewelry, like these pieces below.
A sample of Camille's beautiful handy work~ In Camille's own words: I let my son's type 1 diabetes inspire me to do beautiful thing for others, hoping it will inspire them to live a happy and joyful life too despite T1D. |
A gorgeous Diabetes Blue Circles bracelet~ I think it's amazing and inspiring that Camille has found inspiration in her art and creating beauty for others because of her son's diabetes - BRAVA, Camille! That's some gorgeous D-awareness jewelry. It would look so lovely on me (with my blue circle earrings and blue circle pin and strip safely pin that I wear when I'm gettin' my advocacy on).
I am a T1 and have several friends who are also. I would like to win this, so I can give an item to a dear friend who has been helping me through some hard times lately.
Love that blue circle bracelet! I think it would be a great conversation starter!
I love the glittery cupcake one with the pump set clasp. I would love to win this to show my blue for diabetes awareness. I wish I could read her blog, she has some cute stuff on there... I will have to look for a translator website.
Thanks!

My mom and I are both diabetic. I recently bought a blue circle necklace off etsy, and my mom fell in love with it when she saw me wearing it. I would love to win this for my mom so she can get her own D jewelry.
I love the blue circles bracelet... So pretty! I am so in awe of all these talented people in the DOC!
I would love to win a pretty piece of jewelry that can encourage me to spread awareness when people comment on how pretty it is.
I would get the Diabetes Awareness light pink natural stone bracelet.
I would love to win a D-inspired piece of jewelry as it would be a great addition to my medical alert T1 bracelet.
