Why I'm a fan of KIND bars: As I mentioned above, the bars are super delicious, gluten-free, low in carbs and I've found them to be incredibly easy to bolus for.
Also, they travel well - And that's important when it comes to snacks, traveling and working out - At least for me.

I'm always on the lookout for a snack that is easy to work with. Something to toss in my pocket for my afternoon walks would be perfect!
I've never tried these, I always see them in the grocery store but didn't want to spend the money in case I don't like them.
I am always on the hunt for a great snack for my 9 year old son to have at school that won't shoot his BG through the roof and is also gf because of his celiac. This would be a great win for both of us!
