A Diabetesaliciousness HodgePodge of Health Topics

CHILDREN OF THE CORN SYRUP
Tonight I'm going to see the documentary "King Corn" and I can't wait!
High fructose corn syrup is killing Americans and prepping our kids for a life of Type 2 Diabetes and obesity. Here's the link to the site. http://kingcorn.net/
Learn all you can; find out when out when the documentary will be showing in your area AND GO SEE IT. Read your food labels, and just say "NO"when using your purchasing power as educated consumers! You want sugar, that's OK, our bodies can break it down( except for us diabetics, we need to inject the insulin to break down sugars) but humans are not designed to breakdown high fructose corn syrup. It's actually illegal to use as a food additive in Europe!
The Japanese invented the stuff and they refuse to add it to their foods! WHAT'S THAT TELL U?
