Shout Out to The Lurkers~

Dear Lurkers:
I just wanted to take a moments and say "Hey" and thanks for stopping over.
I know your time is valuable and I appreciate the fact that you read what I write.
My sitecounter tells me that you hale from exotic locals such as Malmo Sweden, Perth Australia, Boone North Carolina, Glendale California and a million places in between.
I wish I knew all your names and stories. I think about what you look like and what you think and wonder what your diabetes connection is.
Whoever you are and where ever you come from, I appreciate you very much.
If you ever want to take a moment to introduce yourself. I'm all for it.
But if you want to remain anonymous, I respect and accept your right to do so.
I feel your presence, I understand your need for privacy, and I'm so happy your here!
Thank-you for your friendship and for taking a moment out of your hectic day to stop by Diabetesaliciousness - it means the world too me!
Much love, many thanks, and lots of laughter!

I'm not a lurker (I make no secret of how much I think you rock!).

I want to say hej to the person from Malmo! I've actually been there - I worked in Helsingborg.

I need to do a lurker post of my own. Thanks for the idea Kelly!

OH HAI.

I am still deciding on if I want to put a stat counter on my blog or not. Part of me is afraid I'd be disappointed, either by the lack of visits, or the lack of comments.... Which is why I've not added one yet.
I like your lurker post though. It's a great idea. :)

Another lurker here. Hows it going? I'm a 26 year old mom to 2 little girls. My 6 year old daughter Sydney was dx 2 years ago w/ T1. I love your insights as a PWD because as a parent, it's hard to know what she is feeling and going through. Your insight is very valuable to me. Thanks again.

Lurker. I am from CT---T1 since 2006---diagnosed at age 43---pumper. I LOVE your blog. It helps me feel connected---I don't know anyone else who has T1. You have a great perspective and you make me laugh!

You make me laugh!
I've been lurking - I admit it!
I'm a frazzled mom to a 4 year old little girl that was dx'd almost a year ago (4/27/09). My blog is BitterSweet. It helps me deal with D to blog it out. And it REALLY helps me deal with D to read others dealing with it, too. I love hearing about thriving adults with T1. You give me hope that my little girl will have a long, healthy life! Thanks! Keep rockin'! - and I may have to steal the lurker post, too. I always wonder about those folks...!

Hi :) I'm Brenda from Colorado! You introduced yourself to me on my blog when I first started it, and were one of the first people to comment :)

I love your blog, and I can never remember if I commented on a post or just thought to myself my response to it.

Hello. Former D-Lurker here. Reformed for nearly a year now. Lurked for years, between 2006 to mid 2009, before turning my Corner Booth into the D-Corner Booth. Since then, I've become a Ninja. A Pirate. (ARG). Total D-Advocate. Better controlled Type 1, all around, and really a true fan of this ever-growing D-O-C. Ahoy! ARRGG!

Hey K2! I am totally guilty of lurking :) I never know what to say!

Quick intro - my name is Jamie and I've had T1 for 20+ years... my D will be able to drink this upcoming July 11 (lol)! I found your blog through, I think, Kerri's - she was my first real DOC blog and all of the ones I have found, including yours, have helped me become inspired to take control & responsibility of my D!

Thank you for all that you do!!!
